• The navigation bar has been consolidated and simplified: separate pages (Episodes, Reviews, Interviews, etc.) are now under the SITE heading.
• We are now documenting the bands we check out during the "Who's Sending Us Metal" segment of the podcast. Hovering over this section of the navigation bar will show you the latest bands we've featured, or you can go to the actual page and see all the bands since we started the segment.
• Links to other metal sites are now under the MORE METAL heading.

CANNIBAL CORPSE enters Sonic Ranch studios in Texas with producer Erik Rutan
Cannibal Corpse has begun recording their twelfth studio album at Sonic Ranch studios in Texas with producer Erik Rutan. The band has spent months writing the album and has recorded at Sonic Ranch in the past, but never with Rutan at the helm. More details on the album, including art, songs, title and more will be revealed in the months to follow. For now, the band is hard at work forging their next death metal offering.

GOATWHORE launches studio update; recording new album at Mana Studios in Tampa, FL

GOATWHORE has posted their first video update from the studio on MetalBlade.tv HERE. The video was shot and edited by the band and is the first in a series of videos that will chronicle the recording of the new album. The band is making quick progress and drums have already been completed.
